I have a Braille lite that you might be interested in. It isn't upgraded, but its possible to do so. It would be less expensive than a Braille Note.
It has a 40 cell isplay.

I have a used braillenote, with a display. the card slots don't work anymore, but humanware could fix this. please PM me if you want the details

I also have a used Braille Note. Though, when I say used, I use the term very loosely. It was purchased but never really used at all, so it's a year old and in mint condition. Email me on here if you're interested.
